Gonzalo Uyarra
Analyst
Gonzalo holds a degree in Economics from the University of Navarra, an MBA with an ICEX scholarship and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).
He has developed his professional career at Acciona, where he participated in a rotation programme in the Corporate Finance Department, and previously worked at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Riyadh. He is currently part of Marquee Capital, also participating in structured finance and M&A projects at Grupotec.
Pablo Fernández Díaz
Finance Associate
Pablo has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of La Coruña, complementing his training at the École Politechnique of the Université Catholique de Louvain. He also has a Master’s degree in Project Finance and M&A from ISBIF Finance School.
He has worked in the financial control of construction projects at Dragados and currently complements his activity at Marquee Capital with support for financing projects and M&A operations at Grupotec.
Lucas Ortiz Varona

Lucas cuenta con una formación multidisciplinar en arquitectura y estrategia inmobiliaria y habilidades en la elaboración de modelos financieros, análisis de inversiones y gestión de activos.
Es arquitecto por la Escuela de Arquitectura de Navarra y Master en Financial Strategy and Real Estate Business en IESE y Universidad de Navarra. A lo largo de su trayectoria en Londres, Lima y Madrid, ha trabajado en funciones de arquitectura y asset management en firmas como Benoy y Cerberus Capital Management.
Fernando Sánchez-Junco
Investment Director
Fernando has developed his career in different international firms, as well as in entrepreneurial projects. Throughout his 19 years of experience, he has advised numerous private investors and investment funds, both national and international, with a strong specialisation in the Health Care sector.
An architect from the Alfonso X El Sabio University, he has an Executive Master’s Degree in Urban Planning Law from Garrigues and holds MRICS certification in Valuation and Commercial Properties. Prior to joining Marquee Capital, he founded Buyfor and Silvergreen, firms focused on the Senior Care sector. Between 2012 and 2016 he was Director of Financial Advisory Real Estate in the LATCO region for Deloitte from the Bogotá office. He previously worked at Deloitte Madrid in the TAS (Transaction Services) Department and at Savills (Aguirre Newman) in the Real Estate Valuation Area.
Andrés de la Fuente
Partner
Andrés has extensive experience in the financial sector, having participated in more than 25 transactions in areas such as Project Finance, M&A and LBO. He has managed the financing of more than 2.5 billion euros and has been responsible for investments of more than 150 million euros.
He has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a degree in Business Administration and Management from EBS, with training in Munich, Madrid and New York. He also has an Executive MBA from IESE. Currently, in addition to being a Partner at Marquee Capital, he is the Director of Corporate Finance at Grupotec. Previously he worked in Project Finance at Gestamp Wind and West LB, in Leveraged Finance at Rabobank, and in Structured Finance at BBVA New York.
Fausto Vizoso
Managing Partner
Fausto has more than 20 years’ experience in advising on, buying and selling and developing real estate projects. He has participated in operations in more than 10 countries in Europe and America, managing investments of more than 1.5 billion euros.
Degree in Business Administration and Management, specialising in finance, from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been Partner and Head of Real Estate at Everwood Capital and previously Managing Partner at Castellana Capital Advisors and Knightsbridge Partners, the latter located in Mexico. He also held the position of Director of Client Solutions & International Investments at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
