Fausto Vizoso

Managing Partner

Fausto cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en el asesoramiento, compraventa y desarrollo de proyectos inmobiliarios. Ha participado en operaciones en más de 10 países de Europa y América, gestionando inversiones por más de 1.500 millones de euros.

Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, con especialidad financiera por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Ha sido Partner y Head of Real Estate en Everwood Capital y anteriormente Managing Partner en Castellana Capital Advisors y Knightsbridge Partners, este último ubicado en México. También desempeñó el cargo de Director de Client Solutions & International Investments en BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Andrés de la Fuente

Partner

Andrés cuenta con una amplia experiencia en el ámbito financiero, habiendo participado en más de 25 transacciones en áreas como Project Finance, M&A y LBO. Ha gestionado la financiación de más de 2.500 millones de euros y ha sido responsable de inversiones por más de 150 millones de euros.

Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y graduado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas por EBS, con formaciones en Múnich, Madrid y Nueva York. También posee el Executive MBA el IESE. Actualmente es, además de Partner en Marquee Capital, Director de Corporate Finance en Grupotec. Anteriormente trabajó en Gestamp Wind y West LB en Project Finance, en Rabobank en Leveraged Finance, y en BBVA Nueva York, en el área de Structured Finance.

Fernando Sánchez-Junco

Director de Inversiones

Fernando ha desarrollado su carrera en diferentes firmas internacionales, así como en proyectos de emprendimiento. A lo largo de sus 19 años de experiencia, ha asesorado a numerosos inversores privados y fondos de inversión tanto nacionales como internacionales, con una marcada especialización en el sector Health Care.

Arquitecto por la Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, cuenta con Máster Ejecutivo de Derecho Urbanístico de Garrigues y posee la certificación MRICS por la vía de Valoración y Propiedades Comerciales. Previo a su entrada en Marquee Capital, fundó Buyfor y Silvergreen, firmas centradas en el sector Senior Care. Entre 2012 y 2016 fue Director de Financial Advisory Real Estate en la región LATCO para Deloitte desde la oficina de Bogotá. Anteriormente trabajó en Deloitte Madrid en el Departamento de TAS (Transaction Services) y en Savills (Aguirre Newman) en el Área de Valuation Real Estate.

Pablo Fernández Díaz

Finance Associate

Pablo es Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos por la Universidad de La Coruña, complementando su formación en la École Politechnique de la Université Catholique de Louvain. También posee un Máster en Project Finance y M&A en ISBIF Finance School.

Ha trabajado en el control económico de proyectos de construcción en Dragados y actualmente complementa su actividad en Marquee Capital con el apoyo en los proyectos de financiaciones y operaciones de M&A de Grupotec.

Lucas Ortiz Varona

Analyst

Lucas cuenta con una formación multidisciplinar en arquitectura y estrategia inmobiliaria y habilidades en la elaboración de modelos financieros, análisis de inversiones y gestión de activos.

Es arquitecto por la Escuela de Arquitectura de Navarra y Master en Financial Strategy and Real Estate Business en IESE y Universidad de Navarra. A lo largo de su trayectoria en Londres, Lima y Madrid, ha trabajado en funciones de arquitectura y asset management en firmas como Benoy y Cerberus Capital Management.

Gonzalo Uyarra

Analyst

Gonzalo holds a degree in Economics from the University of Navarra, an MBA with an ICEX scholarship and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).

He has developed his professional career at Acciona, where he participated in a rotation programme in the Corporate Finance Department, and previously worked at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Riyadh. He is currently part of Marquee Capital, also participating in structured finance and M&A projects at Grupotec.

Pablo Olid Molina

Analyst

Pablo holds a degree in Economics from the University of Málaga and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from CUNEF University.

He has worked in the investment and financial modelling department for renewable projects at IPP Recurrent Energy. He currently complements his work at Marquee Capital by participating in financing projects and M&A operations at Grupotec.

Pablo Fernández Díaz

Finance Associate

Pablo has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of La Coruña, complementing his training at the École Politechnique of the Université Catholique de Louvain. He also has a Master’s degree in Project Finance and M&A from ISBIF Finance School.

He has worked in the financial control of construction projects at Dragados and currently complements his activity at Marquee Capital with support for financing projects and M&A operations at Grupotec.

    Fernando Sánchez-Junco

    Investment Director

    Fernando has developed his career in different international firms, as well as in entrepreneurial projects. Throughout his 19 years of experience, he has advised numerous private investors and investment funds, both national and international, with a strong specialisation in the Health Care sector.

    An architect from the Alfonso X El Sabio University, he has an Executive Master’s Degree in Urban Planning Law from Garrigues and holds MRICS certification in Valuation and Commercial Properties. Prior to joining Marquee Capital, he founded Buyfor and Silvergreen, firms focused on the Senior Care sector. Between 2012 and 2016 he was Director of Financial Advisory Real Estate in the LATCO region for Deloitte from the Bogotá office. He previously worked at Deloitte Madrid in the TAS (Transaction Services) Department and at Savills (Aguirre Newman) in the Real Estate Valuation Area.

    Fausto has more than 20 years’ experience in advising on, buying and selling and developing real estate projects. He has participated in operations in more than 10 countries in Europe and America, managing investments of more than 1.5 billion euros.

    Degree in Business Administration and Management, specialising in finance, from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been Partner and Head of Real Estate at Everwood Capital and previously Managing Partner at Castellana Capital Advisors and Knightsbridge Partners, the latter located in Mexico. He also held the position of Director of Client Solutions & International Investments at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
